Production (15 days)
Your unit is built to order: enclosure fabrication and assembly. The AIScreen software is installed at the factory, so the unit arrives ready to run.
Step 3
Quality control (1-2 days)
Every unit is powered on before packing. We confirm the display works and the software boots.
Step 4
Air freight (about 2 weeks)
We ship by air on every order. Duties and customs clearance are included in the price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Step 5
Support
One year of technical support and parts replacement. If something fails, we diagnose it remotely and ship the replacement part directly to you at our cost.
