Choose your model and size, and place the order. We confirm the specification and send you a production slot the same business day.
Step 2
Production (18 days)
Your unit is built to order: enclosure fabrication, assembly, and installation of the Raspberry Pi and AI camera package where applicable. The AIScreen software is installed at the factory, so the unit arrives ready to run.
Step 3
Quality control (1-2 days)
Every unit is powered on before packing. We confirm the display works, the software boots, and the camera is detected.
Step 4
Air freight (about 2 weeks)
We ship by air on every order. Duties and customs clearance are included in the price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Step 5
Support
One year of technical support and parts replacement. If something fails, we diagnose it remotely and ship the replacement part directly to you at our cost.
