In what sequence are the results arranged?

The Microsoft Excel app exhibits rows and columns in the identical order as they are in the worksheet.

How frequently will the app retrieve updates from the spreadsheet?

The app will automatically refresh and fetch new updates every five minutes.

Is it possible to choose multiple sheet tabs to display and cycle through using the app?

Each app instance only displays a single sheet tab. However, you can add as many instances of the app as you'd like and select different sheet tabs to display for digital signage, thus showcasing your entire spreadsheet.

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Excel App

1.1. Launch Microsoft Excel.

Open the workbook containing your data or visualizations (e.g., sales funnel chart). (Refer to Image 3: The workbook with the sales funnel is displayed.)

1.2. Prepare the Data for Embedding.

Confirm the workbook contains all relevant information, such as charts or visualizations, that you wish to embed. (Refer to Image 4: A completed sales funnel visualization is visible.)

Go to the File menu in Excel and select Share.
Under the sharing options, click on Embed this workbook. (Refer to Image 5: The embed option is highlighted in the dropdown.)

1.4. Copy the Embed Code.

Click the Copy button next to the embed code field to copy it to your clipboard. (Refer to Image 8: The embed code is copied successfully.)

2.1. Registration

Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.

Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.

Step 3: Add the Microsoft Excel App from AIScreen App Store

3.1. Opening the App Store

Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.

3.2 Find the Microsoft Excel Application

In the search bar, type "Microsoft Excel".

Select the Microsoft Excel app from the list of available ones.

3.3. Opening the Microsoft Excel Application

Click on the Microsoft Excel application icon.
In the window that appears, select Go to App.

Step 4: Embed the Code into AIScreen

4.1. Paste the Embed Code:

Locate the "Embed Code" section within the Microsoft Excel widget in AIScreen.
Paste the URL or iframe code copied earlier.

4.2. Name and Save

Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the screen (e.g., "Social Wall Display," "Main Lobby Screen," or "Weekly Dashboard").
Click "Save" to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
