Microsoft Excel guide

Keep everyone on top of your data, trends and insights by sharing important Excel spreadsheets to your digital signage screens. This app makes it easy to share any Excel sheet, within a set cell range, specific tab, or section, and present it on your digital screens.

1. Create your Excel Workbook

1.1. First, create or upload your Excel Workbook to your Microsoft OneDrive and Open it.  

1.2. Then on the File tab, click Share, and then click Embed.

1.3. To generate the embed code, click Generate.

1.4. The configuration you workbook then under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy.

2. Add Microsoft Excel App on AIScreen

2.1. Open AIScreen App Store and click the button Open App Store.

2.2. Click on search box then write Excel and select Microsoft Excel app.

2.3. After opening the modal, click Go to App.

2.4. Then paste embed code to the corresponding field, write the app name in the Instance name field and click Save.
