Creating a Split Screen
Step 1: Log In
- Open your AIScreen browser and log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Playlists
- Once logged in, go to the Playlists section from the main menu.
- Select the playlist where you want to apply the split screen layout or create a new one.

Step 3: Activate the Split Screen Feature
- To use the Split Screen app, click on the “Change Layout” button located in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Pick a Predefined Layout
- Choose from the predefined split screen layout options that are displayed on the interface.

Step 5: Customize Zones.
- You can customize the split screen layout by selecting specific zones:
- Click on “Zones” and use drag-and-drop functionality to arrange content into the desired zone.
- Drag files like images, videos, or apps into each zone.

Step 6: Use the Preview Feature
- Before finalizing, use the Preview feature to check the layout and ensure content fits properly within each zone.
- Adjust any content placement, size, or zone configurations as needed.

Step 7: Fit Zone, Fill Zone, and Stretch to Fit
1. Fit Zone
- What it does:
- The content is resized proportionally to fit inside the zone without distortion or cropping. Empty spaces (letterboxing) may appear if the aspect ratio does not match.
- When to use:
- Use this option when it’s important to maintain the original proportions of the content.

2. Fill Zone
- What it does:
- The content fills the entire zone, but crops any parts that extend beyond the zone boundaries.

- Use this option when you want the zone fully covered and minor cropping is acceptable.


3. Stretch to Fit
- What it does:
- The content is resized to completely cover the zone, even if it means stretching or distorting proportions.

- Use this option when full zone coverage is required, and slight distortion is acceptable.

Step 8: Finalize and Save
- Once you are satisfied with the setup:
- Click “Publish” to save your split screen layout.
- The content will now display in the assigned zones on your screens.
