Last update: November 1, 2025

Setting up digital signage on Windows, macOS, and Linux is fast and flexible with AIScreen’s Web Player. This guide covers how to install digital signage software on Chrome browsers across all major operating systems, including PC, Mac, and Linux, for cross-platform signage playback and screen pairing. In this guide, we will show you how to configure AIScreen’s Web Player in Windows, macOS, and Linux.

How to Set Up Digital Signage on Windows, MacOS, and Linux

You can easily add this URL to integrations that accept URLs as digital signage content. If you need support on this, please contact our support team.

If you plan to set up the AIScreen Web Player as your digital signage solution (which we do not recommend), you are least likely to encounter issues using Google’s Chrome browser. Internet browsers built into smart TVs are generally unreliable. If the internet browser is unsuitable for running the AIScreen Player, please consider purchasing a media player to run the AIScreen Player and connect it to the TV. You can find the supported operating systems on our download page.
