Step 1: Register and Login Youtube On Digital Signage Software
1.1. Registration
- Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.
1.2. Login to your account
- Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.
Step 2: Add the YouTube from AIScreen App Store
2.1. Opening the App Store
- Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
- In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.
2.2 Find YouTube for Digital Signage Displays
- In the search bar, type “YouTube“.
- Select the YouTube app from the list of available ones.
2.3. Opening the Youtube
- Click on the YouTube application icon.
- In the window that appears, select Go to App.
Step 3: Setting up the YouTube for Digital Signage
- Now you can customize the settings for how videos are displayed in the app.
3.1. Add a Youtube Video or Playlist Link On Digital Signage
- Copy the URL of the YouTube video or playlist you want to display.
- Paste the link into the YouTube URL field.
3.2. Mute The Youtube Video Sound
- Turn on the Mute Video option if you want to show the video without sound.
- If you want the sound to be on, leave the option off.
3.3. Turn on Youtube Videos Subtitles On Digital Signage Screen
- Turn on the Toggle Subtitles option to display subtitles on the screen.
3.4. Volume control for Youtube Video on Digital Signage
- Use the slider to adjust the volume level in percentage.
3.5. Limiting The Number of Youtube Content On Digital Signage
- If you are using a playlist, specify the maximum number of videos to play in the Max number of videos to play field (e.g. 6).
3.6. Name and Save
- Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the screen (e.g., “Social Wall Display,” “Main Lobby Screen,” or “Weekly Dashboard”).
- Click “Save” to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
