1. Clear the AIScreen Player Cache

  • Press the three-dot button on the manager.aiscreen.io screen.
  • In the menu that appears, select Clear Cache.

  • Click the Clear Cache button.

Use the Correct Power Adapter

  • Use the original power adapter. If you’re already using it, check if it’s faulty.

Check for Updates

Make sure the device is running the latest version of Fire OS.

  • Go to the “My Fire TV” section in the settings tab.
  • Click on “About.”
  • Select the last option, “Check for Updates.”

Restart the Device

  • Turn off the device, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on.

Prevent Overheating

  • Make sure the device has good airflow to avoid overheating.

Check the Internet Connection

  • Ensure the device has a stable and strong internet connection.

Reinstall the AIScreen App

  • Delete the AIScreen app and download it again from the Amazon App Store.

Free Up Storage Space

  • Remove unnecessary apps to create more storage space.

Factory Reset

  • Reset the device to its original settings and reinstall the AIScreen app from the Amazon App Store.
