How to Set Up Schedule on Digital Signage

Step 1: Log In AIScreen.

• Open the AIScreen platform in your browser.
  
• Enter your credentials (email and password) to log in.
  
• Once logged in, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

Step 2: Go to Media and Upload Your Files

• In the main menu, navigate to the “Media” section.
  
• Click the “Upload” button to add media files, such as images, videos, or documents.

Step 3: Create a Playlist

• Go to the “Playlists” section from the main menu.
  
• Click on “Create New Playlist”.
  
• Add your uploaded media files to the playlist using the drag-and-drop feature or the upload button.
  
• Organize the order of content as needed.

Step 4: Navigate to Schedule and Create a New Schedule

• From the main menu, click on the “Schedule” tab.
  
• Click the “Create New Schedule” button to start creating a new schedule.

Step 5: Assign Your Playlist to the Schedule

• In the schedule timeline, click on the desired time slot where you want to assign your playlist.
  
• Set the start date, time, and duration for the content.
  
• Confirm the time slot, and the schedule will update accordingly.

Step 6: Add Playlists to the Schedule

• Click on “Add Playlist” in the scheduling window.
  
• A list of available playlists will appear.
  
• Select the playlist you want to add to the schedule.

Step 7: Add Devices

• Once the playlist is added to the schedule, click on “Add Device” to assign it to a specific screen or player.
  
• Select the target device from the list.
  
• Confirm your selection to ensure the schedule is applied to the chosen screen.

Step 8: Review and Save

• Double-check the schedule to ensure all time slots, playlists, and devices are correctly assigned.
  
• Click “Save” to finalize the schedule.
  
• The scheduled content will now play on the assigned devices at the specified time.
