How To Set Up Monday.com App On Digital Signage

Step 1: Launch Your Monday.com Board

1.1. Find the “Share” Option:

• At the top-left of your board, click the board’s name to reveal the dropdown menu.
  
• Select Share.

Step 2: Create an Embed Code for Digital Signage

2.1. Enable Share Option:

• In the share menu, toggle the option to make the board public via a link.
  
• Ensure your board does not contain sensitive information before enabling sharing.

2.2. Copy the Embed Code:

• Once sharing is enabled, locate the Embed Code tab in the popup.
  
• Copy the iframe code provided.

Step 3: Register and Login Monday.com for Digital Signage

3.1. Registration

• Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.

3.2. Login to your account

• Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.

Step 4: Install the AIScreen App Store’s Monday.com App

4.1. Opening the App Store

• Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
  
• In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.

4.2 Look for the Monday.com App

In the search bar, type “Monday.com “.

• Select the Monday.com app from the list of available ones.

4.3. Opening the application

• Click on the Monday.com application icon.
  
• In the window that appears, select Go to App.

Step 5: Incorporate the Board into AIScreen

5.1. Enhancing AIScreen with Embed Code:

• Paste the copied Embed Code into the Embed Code field on the left panel.

• Sign your work and click Save to save your changes.
