How to Set Up and Connect Amazon Signage Stick

Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your Amazon Signage Stick and link it with your AIScreen account to start displaying content on your screens.

Step 1. Create or Log In to Your Amazon Signage Account

1. Open the official Amazon Signage Manager website:

2. Log in with your Amazon account or create a new one.
   
3. After successful login, you’ll be redirected to the Signage Manager Dashboard, where you can add and manage your Signage Sticks.

Step 2. Add Your Signage Stick

1. In the left-side menu, click “Signage Sticks” → “Add Sticks.”
   
2. Turn on your Amazon Signage Stick and connect it to your display’s HDMI port.
   
3. Wait for the pairing screen to appear — it will show a 6-character pairing code (example: 35ogz4).
   
4. Enter this code in the “Pairing Code” field on the website and click Verify.
   
5. After verification, your device will appear in the list of Signage Sticks.

Step 3. Choose Your CMS Provider

1. Once your device is verified, you’ll be prompted to choose your CMS (Content Management System).
   
2. From the list of supported CMS providers, select AIScreen.
   
3. The AIScreen app will automatically install on your Amazon Signage Stick.
   
4. When installation finishes, the device will relaunch with the AIScreen interface.

Step 4. Connect Your Screen to AIScreen Manager

Now that AIScreen is installed on your Signage Stick, connect it to your AIScreen portal:

1. On your Signage Stick, launch AIScreen — you’ll see a 4-digit pairing code.
   
2. Go to https://manager.aiscreen.io and log in to your AIScreen account.
   
3. In the Screens section, click Add Screen and enter the pairing code.
   
4. The device will automatically sync and appear in your dashboard.
   
5. Assign it to a playlist or channel and push test content.
