- Use your remote to select the AIScreen app.
- Open the Clear Cache option in the right-hand menu.
- Select Clear Cache to remove temporary files.
Restart the Device
- Turn the device off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on.
Update the Operating System
- Make sure the device is running the latest version of Android.
Check for Known Issues
- Look for solutions in the AIScreen Help Center’s Android player section.
Check the Power Adapter
- Ensure the power adapter works appropriately and isn’t faulty.
Prevent Overheating
- Adjust the device’s position to improve airflow and avoid overheating.
Check Internet Connection
- Make sure the device has a strong and stable internet connection.
Reinstall the AIScreen App
- Delete and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store or by side-loading.
- Pair the app with your screen license using the new pairing code.
Free Up Storage
- Delete unnecessary apps so the device can focus on running AIScreen.
Factory Reset
- Reset the device to its original settings and reinstall the AIScreen app.
- Pair the app again using the new pairing code.
Replace the Device if Necessary
- If the problem persists, the device may be outdated or faulty. Consider replacing it with a newer model.
