AIScreen Digital Signage Player – Full Installation & Setup Guide (Windows)

This guide explains how to download, install, open, and connect the AIScreen Digital Signage Player application on your Windows device.

1. Download the Application

AIScreen Digital Signage Player is a standalone application used to run your digital signage content.

Download it here:

The installer file will be saved to your Downloads folder.

2. Install the Application

1. Open your Downloads folder.
   
2. Find this file:
   AIScreen Digital Signage Player 34.0.0.exe
   
3. Double-click the file to begin installation.
   
4. Follow the steps: Next → Next → Install → Finish
   
5. After installation, a desktop shortcut named:
   AIScreen Digital Signage Player
   will appear on your Windows desktop.

3. Launch the Application

1. Open the app by double-clicking the AIScreen Digital Signage Player desktop icon.
   
2. The application will start and display a pairing code.
   
3. This code is required to connect your device to AIScreen Manager.

4. Connect Your Device to AIScreen Manager

1. Go to the AIScreen Manager:
   
2. Click Add Screen.
   
3. Enter the pairing code shown inside the AIScreen Digital Signage Player application.
   
4. Confirm — your Windows device will now appear in your Screens list.

5. Automatic Startup

After installation, the AIScreen Digital Signage Player will:

• automatically start every time you turn on your device
  
• automatically reconnect to your AIScreen account
  
• run your assigned content without manual actions
