How to Set Up Weather App On Digital Signage

Step 1: Register and Login Weather App On Digital Signage

Before using the Weather app, make sure you have an AIScreen account. If you don’t have an account, register. If you are already registered, log in.

1.1. Registration

• Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.

1.2. Login to your account

• Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.

Step 2: Access to the Digital Weather Forecast App

2.1. Opening the App Store

• Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
  
• In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.

2.3. Opening the Weather App from Digital Signage Software

• Click on the “Weather” application icon.

• In the window that appears, select Go to App.

Step 3: Setting up the Digital Weather App

The Weather app allows you to customize the display of weather updates in various locations in real time.

3.1. Temperature units

• In the Temperature Unit section, select the temperature display format:
  
  • Celsius
    
  • Fahrenheit

3.2. Selecting Locations

• Enable the Custom Location option to select specific cities.
  
• Please specify up to 3 locations:
  
  • Location 1: Enter the name of the city (e.g. New York, USA).
    
  • Location 2: Select a second city (e.g. Paris, France).
    
  • Location 3: Add a third city (e.g. Tokyo, Japan).

3.4. Using Digital Signage Screen Location

• If you want to display the weather updates based on the current screen location, select the Screen Location option.

3.5. Name and Save

• Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the screen (e.g., “Social Wall Display,” “Main Lobby Screen,” or “Weekly Dashboard”).
  
• Click “Save” to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
