How to Use Playlist on AIScreen

Step 1: Log In

• Access your AIScreen account by logging in with your credentials.

• Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Playlists

• From the main menu on the left-hand side, click on “Playlists”.

• This will open the playlists section where you can view existing playlists or create new ones.

Step 3: Create a New Playlist

• Click the “Create New Playlist” button at the top-right corner of the screen.

• A new playlist editor will open, allowing you to start customizing your playlist.

Step 4: Add Content

• Select and upload media files such as images, videos, or documents:
  
  • Click on the “Upload” button.
    
  • Alternatively, drag and drop files directly into the playlist area.

• Add apps or additional features:
  
  • Navigate to the “Apps” section to include widgets, feeds, or integrations.
    
  • Organize content into zones for a structured layout.

Step 5: Adjust Content Duration

• Reorder items in your playlist:
  
  • Use drag-and-drop to move items up or down to set the playback order.

• Adjust the duration of each item:
  
  • Click on the time field next to each content item.
    
  • Enter the desired duration (e.g., 00:10 for 10 seconds).

Step 6: Preview and Adjust

• Click on the “Preview” button to view your playlist in real-time.

• Check the layout, content order, and duration to ensure everything appears as expected.

• Make any necessary changes to content placement, duration, or order.

Step 7: Save and Name Your Playlist

• Once satisfied with the playlist, click on the “Save” button.

• Enter a unique name for the playlist to make it easily identifiable.

• Click on “Create and Publish” to finalize the playlist.

Step 8: Assign to Device

• To broadcast the playlist to your device(s):
  
  • Go to the device list on the right-hand side of the screen.
    
  • Select the device(s) you want to send the playlist to.

• Click on “Set to Device”.

• Your playlist will now be deployed and displayed on the selected screens.
