AIScreen Digital Signage Player – Full Installation & Setup Guide (macOS)

Follow this guide to download, install, and connect the AIScreen Digital Signage Player on your Mac.

1. Download the Application

Download the macOS version of the AIScreen Player here:

Once downloaded, the file will appear in your Downloads folder.

2. Install the Application on macOS

1. Open your Downloads folder.
   
2. Find the installer file:
   aiscreen_digital_signage_player-35.0.0.dmg
   
3. Double-click the file to open it.
   
4. A new window will appear showing the AIScreen app icon and the Applications folder.
   
5. Drag AIScreen Digital Signage Player into the Applications folder.
   
6. The application is now installed on your Mac.

3. If macOS Blocks the App (Important)

On some Macs, macOS may prevent the app from opening and show a message like:
“AIScreen Digital Signage Player” Not Opened. Apple could not verify this app…

To allow the app:

1. Open System Settings.
   
2. Go to Privacy & Security.
   
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
   
4. You will see a message that “AIScreen Digital Signage Player” was blocked to protect your Mac.
   
5. Click Open Anyway.
   
6. Confirm if macOS asks again.

After this, AIScreen Player will launch normally without any issues.

4. Launch the AIScreen Player

1. Open your Applications folder.
   
2. Locate AIScreen Digital Signage Player.
   
3. Double-click to start the application.
   
4. When the app launches, it will automatically display a pairing code.
   • You will need this code to connect the device to your AIScreen account.

5. Connect Your Mac to AIScreen Manager

1. Open the AIScreen Manager in your browser:
   
2. Click Add Screen.
   
3. Enter the pairing code shown inside the AIScreen Player on your Mac.
   
4. Confirm — your Mac will now appear as a connected screen in your account.

6. Set the App to Start Automatically (Optional)

To have AIScreen Player launch every time your Mac turns on:

1. Open System Settings.
   
2. Go to General → Login Items.
   
3. Click the + button and add AIScreen Digital Signage Player.

This ensures continuous playback without manual launch.
