Getting Started with AIScreen
Before you begin creating and customizing templates, please refer to the Getting Started Guide. This guide provides detailed instructions on setting up and pairing your first screen with the remote software management system. Completing this step is crucial for displaying the content you create or upload later.pload later.
Step 1: Accessing the Template Library
1.1. Log In to AIScreen:
- Log in to your AIScreen account using your credentials to access the manager.

1.2. Navigate to the Template Library:
- From the left-hand menu, click on “Canvas.” Alternatively, go directly to AIScreen Templates.

1.3. Browse and Search Templates:
- Use the search bar or category filters to find templates that suit your needs.
- Hover over any template to view its details.

1.4. Choose a template from the library that suits your needs by clicking on Use Template:

1.5. Now click on ‘Save’

- After you save your template, go to ‘My Canvases’

1.6. Creating a new template:
- Click Create New Template or choose an existing template to edit.

Step 2: Customizing Templates in Canvas
2.1. Add Media Files:
- Navigate to the Media section in the left-hand panel.
- Select from the list of previously uploaded media files.


- Click on the selected file in the media to place it into your design.

2.2. Resize and Rotate Images:
- Resize: Click and drag the white corner markers around the image to resize.

- Rotate: Hover over the circular marker above the image. Click, hold, and drag to rotate left or right.

2.3. Add Image Borders:
- Border Color: Use the color picker to choose a border color.


- Border Width: Adjust the border thickness using the slider.

2.4. Set a Background Color:
- Click the Background button in the top toolbar.

- Choose a color from the color picker or use preset swatches.

2.5. Adjusting Canvas Orientation:
- Select the orientation that best suits your design needs:
- Horizontal: Landscape mode.
- Vertical: Portrait mode.
- Horizontal: Landscape mode.


2.6. Adding and Customizing Text:
- Click the Add Text button in the toolbar.

- A text box will appear on the Canvas.

- Double-click on the text box to enter Edit Mode.

- Use the text formatting options in the toolbar to customize the text:

- Font and Size: Select the font type and adjust its size.

- Color: Click the A icon to open the color picker and choose a text color.

- Formatting: Use the toolbar to apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough.




- Use the alignment options on the top toolbar:
- Align text Left, Center, Right.


2.7. Adjust Text Spacingt Spacing:
- Click the Spacing button on the toolbar.
- Letter Spacing to change the space between characters.

- Line Spacing to modify the distance between lines.

2.8. Position Text Layers:
- Select the text box and click on the Position button.

- Use the following options:
- Backward and Forward: Send the text to the top or bottom of all layers.
- Back and Front: Move the text layer one step forward or backward.
- Backward and Forward: Send the text to the top or bottom of all layers.


- Flipping Text: Under the same Position menu, you can:
- Flip Horizontally: Creates a mirrored version.
- Flip Vertically: Rotates the text upside down.
- Flip Horizontally: Creates a mirrored version.


2.9. Adjust Text Opacity:
- Click on the Opacity icon in the toolbar.
- Adjust the slider to make the text more or less transparent.

3. Name and Save:
- Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the digital screens (e.g., “Social Wall Display,” “Main Lobby Screen,” or “Weekly Dashboard”).
- Click “Save” to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
