Introduction
The Dashboards feature automatically replays recorded steps (such as logging into an account and navigating to a dashboard) at a specified frequency. This is useful for constantly displaying relevant information.
We currently support two-factor authentication (2FA) via Google and Microsoft Authenticators for the Dashboards feature. We are actively working to expand support for additional 2FA providers. If your organization uses two-factor authentication (2FA) to access dashboards and needs to switch to a different provider, please contact us (see contact information at the bottom) with the dashboard tool and 2FA provider you are currently using.
The supported 2FA setups for Dashboards are listed below, with links to our setup guides:
Step 1: Register and Log In
1.1 Register on Salesforce and AIScreen
- Go to salesforce.com and create a Salesforce account if you don’t have one yet.
- Then, sign up on AIScreen.io and set up your dashboard environment.

1.2 Log In to AIScreen
- Enter your AIScreen email and password on the login page.
- Click Log In to access your AIScreen admin panel.

Step 2: Add the Salesforce Dashboard App from the AIScreen App Store
2.1 Open the App Store
- Once logged in, go to the Apps section in the AIScreen dashboard.
- Click on Open App Store to browse available integrations.
2.2 Find the Salesforce App
- Use the search bar to find Salesforce.
- Click on the Salesforce app to open its page.
2.3 Launch the Salesforce App
- Click Go to App to begin configuration.
- The Salesforce login and screen recording process will follow in the next steps.
Step 3: Connect and Configure SalesforceConclusion
3.1 Paste the Salesforce URL
- What to do: In the dashboard settings, find the “Write URL” field and paste the URL of the page with the dashboard that you want to display.
- A login window will appear on the right side of your screen — this is an embedded browser inside the app.
- Additional: If you have two-step verification enabled, paste the key from your authenticator (Google or Microsoft) in the 2FA field.
3.2 Start Recording
- Click Start Recording before logging in to Salesforce.
- Enter your Salesforce login credentials (email and password) in this window and click Log In.
3.3 Stop recording and check
- What to do: When you reach the dashboard you want, click Stop Record
- Next: You will see the recorded steps and a preview.
- Then: Make sure the dashboard is displayed correctly. Set the Refresh rate (sec) field to specify how often the server will check if your page is open in the dashboards (e.g. every 50 seconds).
Step 4: Name and Finish
- Give your configuration a name at the top of the screen (e.g., Salesforce Dashboard) and click Finish.
- Now, each time the screen turns on, AIScreen will automatically log in and navigate to the specified Salesforce page.
Conclusion
- You’ve successfully set up your Salesforce Dashboard in AIScreen using the built-in recorder. With automatic login and navigation, your screens will always display the right Salesforce data—no manual intervention needed.
- If you have any questions during setup or need help with two-factor authentication or screen behavior, don’t hesitate to contact our support team at hello@aiscreen.io. We’re here to help you run your dashboards smoothly.
