Step 1: Publish and Embed Your Google Calendar Data with Digital Signage

1.1. Access Your Digital Signage Calendar Settings

Click the three dots next to the calendar you wish to show on your screen.

Select Settings and Sharing from the dropdown menu.

1.2. Copy the Public Google Calendar URL

Scroll down to the Access Permissions for Events section.
Enable the option to Make Available to Public (if not already enabled).
Copy the Public URL provided under the Integrate Calendar section.

Step 2: Add the Google Calendar in AIScreen

2.1. Open Google Calendar in the AIScreen App Store

Log in to your AIScreen account.
Navigate to the Apps section and click on Open App Store.

2.2. Search for the Google Calendar

Use the search bar to type “Calendar.”
Select the Google Calendar app from the results.

2.3 Launch the App

Click Go to App to open the Google Calendar integration module.

2.4 Embed Your Google Calendar with Digital Sigange

Paste the Public URL you copied earlier into the corresponding field.
