How To Set Up Google Sheet On Digital Signage

Step 1: Publish a Google Sheet To Access on Digital Signage Screens

1.1. Launch Google Sheets and Open a Spreadsheet

• Go to Google Sheets and open the spreadsheet you want to display on AIScreen.

1.2. Share The Google Sheet Publicly To Web

• Click the File tab, select Share, and then click Publish to the web.

1.3. Create a Link and Copy It

• Generate a public link by clicking Publish. Once published, copy the link, which you will need to set up AIScreen.

Step 2: Add the Google Sheets App to AIScreen

2.1. Open the AIScreen App Store

• Launch AIScreen and go to the App Store by clicking on the “Open App Store” button.

2.2. Locate and Choose the Google Sheets App

• In the search bar, type “Sheet” and select the Google Sheets app from the list.

2.3. Go to the App settings

• When the modal window opens, click “Go to app” to continue setting up.

2.4. Paste The Sheet Link and Save

• Paste the previously copied link in the appropriate field, specify a name for the app in the “Instance name” field, and then click “Save”.
