1. Introduction
This guide will take you on a tour and tell you about managing your files and contents with AIScreen. You can upload, search, preview, download, delete, add to playlists, replace thumbnails, duplicate assets, and replace assets.
2. Upload
Go to the Media page and click “Upload” and a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to add your media.
3. Search
Quickly find files by entering keywords in the search box. The portal searches as you type.
4. Preview/Download Files
Hover over the file and click the blue download button to preview or save a copy.
5. Delete Files
Hover over the file, click the three dots, and select “Delete.” Confirm deletion when prompted.
6. Add to Playlists
Navigate to the Playlist section in the left menu then click on the ‘ Create Playlist’ and select your desired layout.
Then drag and drop files from the media to the playlist to add them.
Furthermore, you can also add apps and create a canvas with the playlist.
