Step 1: Register and Login Follow Us Software On Digital Signage
Before using the “Follow Us” app, make sure you have an AIScreen account. If you don’t have an account, register. If you are already registered, log in.
1.1. Registration
- Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.
1.2. Login to your account
- Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.
Step 2: Add the Social Media Signage Software from AIScreen App Store
2.1. Opening the App Store
- Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
- In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.
2.2. Find the Follow Us App
- Use the search bar to type “Follow Us.“
- Select the app and click Go to App to open the configuration page.
Step 3: Configure the Social Media Digital Signage
3.1. Set a Title
- In the Title field, enter a heading like “Follow Us” or any custom text that aligns with your branding.
3.2. Choose a Template for Social Media Digital Display
- Use the Template dropdown menu to select a design layout.
- Options include styles like Default or Bricks, offering different visual arrangements for your social handles and QR codes.
3.3. Add Your Social Media Links for Digital Display
- Enter your social media profile URLs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Add additional URLs by clicking Add URL for any other platforms or custom links.
3.4. Enable QR Codes
- Toggle the Use QR Codes option to display scannable codes for each social media link.
- These allow your audience to quickly access your profiles by scanning the codes with their devices.
3.5. Adjust Additional Information
- elect what additional contact details you want to show (e.g., website, email, or phone number) using the Additional Information dropdown menu.
- Enter the details into the respective fields.
3.6. Set Background Options For Social Media Feed
- Upload an image to use as the background of your display by clicking Choose Image.
- Adjust the Background Opacity slider to fine-tune the visibility of your background image.
3.7. Customize Link Switching Time On Digital Screens
- Specify the duration (in seconds) for link switching using the Link Switching Time field.
3.8. Name and Save
- Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the screen (e.g., “Social Wall Display,” “Main Lobby Screen,” or “Weekly Dashboard”).
- Click “Save” to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
