1. Register and Login
Before using the “Flight Schedule” app, make sure you have an AIScreen account. If you don’t have an account, register. If you are already registered, log in.
1.1. Registration
- Go to AIScreen and create an account following the instructions.

1.2. Login to your account
- Enter your email and password on the login page and click Log in.

2. Add the Flight Schedule App from AIScreen App Store
2.1. Opening the App Store
- Once logged in, select the Apps section from the left menu.
- In the upper right corner, click the Open App Store button to open the app catalog.


- Search for “Flight Schedule” in the search bar.


2.2. Open the App
- Click on the “Flight Schedule” app.
- Select Go to App to begin configuration.

3. Configure the Flight Schedule App
3.1. Enter Airport Code
- In the Airport Code (IATA/ICAO) field, enter the airport’s IATA or ICAO code (e.g., “JFK” for John F. Kennedy International Airport or “WAW” for Warsaw Chopin Airport).
- Ensure the code is accurate to display the correct data.


3.2. Choose Schedule Type
- Use the Departure/Arrival dropdown menu to select the type of flight data you want to display:
- Departures: Displays outgoing flights.
- Arrivals: Displays incoming flights.
- Departures: Displays outgoing flights.

3.3. Set Page Switching Time
- In the Page Switching Time field, enter the number of seconds each page of flight data will display on the screen. For example, “5 seconds” ensures a smooth rotation.

4. Save and Deploy the App
4.1. Name and Save
- Assign a Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name that reflects the purpose or content of the screen (e.g., “Social Wall Display,” “Main Lobby Screen,” or “Weekly Dashboard”).
- Click “Save” to apply changes and deploy the wall on your screen.
