What is the Spaces Feature and Why is it Useful?
The Spaces feature allows you to organize your work by creating independent spaces for different teams, projects, or offices. Each space acts as a separate working environment with its own settings and data.
Step 1: Log In
- Access your AIScreen account by logging in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Spaces Section
- Go to Account Settings.


- In the side menu, select Spaces.


Step 3: Manage Existing Spaces
- On the Manage Your Spaces page, you will see all current spaces.
- Here you can view:
- Space name (e.g., New York Office).
- Description (if provided).
- Creation date and status (Active).
- Space name (e.g., New York Office).

Step 4: Create a New Space
- Click on the Create Space button in the upper right corner.

- In the pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
- Space Name.
- Space Description (optional).
- Billing Email (optional).
- Space Name.

- Once completed, click the Create Space button.

Step 5: Confirm Space Creation
- After successfully creating a new space, it will appear in the list.
- Example of a new space:
- Name: New York Office
- Description: For New York employees
- Creation Date: 16 December 2026 16:17:43
- Name: New York Office


Step 5: Switch Between Spaces
- The Choose Your Space menu will open, allowing you to select the desired space.
