If your ChromeOS device or display isn’t working correctly, try these steps before contacting support:

  1. Clear the AIScreen Player Cache
    • Open the AIScreen app on your ChromeOS device.
    • Right-click using a wireless keyboard and go to Settings.
    • Click Advanced Settings in the menu.
    • Select Clear Cache to remove temporary files.
  2. Check Power Adapter
    • Ensure the power adapter is working and not causing the issue.
  3. Prevent Overheating
    • If the device feels hot, move it to a location with better airflow.
  4. Check Internet Connection
    • Confirm the device has a strong and stable internet connection.
  5. Reset ChromeOS Settings
    • Reset the device settings and reinstall the AIScreen app using Google Admin.
  6. Remove Unnecessary Apps
    • Delete any extra apps running on the device to free up resources.
  7. Factory Reset
    • Perform a factory reset, reinstall the AIScreen app, and set it up again through Google Admin.
  8. Replace the Device if Needed
    • If the issue persists, the device might be outdated or faulty. Consider replacing it with a newer model.
