Last update: February 12, 2026

Your encrypted credentials are securely stored in the cloud, not on local devices, ensuring safe display of dashboards using the AIScreen Recorder Dashboards feature.

If your organization uses Google Authenticator for logging into your required dashboard, you will need to provide the account name and secret key during setup.

Step 1: Log In to Your Google Account

  • What to do: Log in to your account on Google.com.
  • We recommend using a service account rather than a personal Gmail account, as the latter may already be set up with Google prompts Google prompts requiring verification via a connected mobile device. If this is already configured, it cannot be switched—use a different account instead.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

Step 3: Configure Two-Factor Authentication

  • What to do: Click “Two-Step Verification”.
  • Next: Select “Authenticator App”.
  • Then: Click “+ Set up Authenticator”.

Step 4: Obtain the Secret Key

  • What to do: A QR code will appear, but it cannot be used. Click “Can’t scan code”.
  • Next: Copy the alphanumeric code (your secret key) that appears and store it in a secure place.

Step 5: Set Up Google Authenticator on Your Device

  • Next: Enter the account name and input the secret key.
  • Then: Select the “Time-based” option.
  • Result: A 6-digit code will appear.

Step 6: Verify the Setup

  • What to do: Enter the 6-digit code in the authenticator setup window for your Google account.
  • Next: Click “Verify”.

Step 7: Configure Your Dashboard

  • Now that your credentials are set up, configure your dashboard using the Dashboards guide.

Note: Ensure the secret key and 6-digit code are entered correctly for smooth operation.

Conclusion

  • Google Two-Factor Authentication is now set up for your Dashboards feature. This ensures secure access to dashboards using Google Authenticator. For any issues, contact support.
