3.2 Custom Domain Setup (NEW PROCESS – IMPORTANT)
Purpose
Connecting your own custom domain allows your clients to access the platform using your branded link (for example: manager.yourcompany.com) instead of the default AIScreen domain.
⚠️ Important:
You must configure DNS FIRST.
Only after DNS is correctly configured should you connect the domain inside White Label.
STEP 1 — Configure DNS at Your Domain Provider (DO THIS FIRST)
Log in to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.).
You must create a CNAME record.
What You Need to Create
If you want your platform to open at:
manager.yourcompany.com
Then create this DNS record:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Type | CNAME |
| Name (Host) | manager |
| Value (Points to) | manager.digital-signage-space.io |
| TTL | Default |
Important DNS Rules
- Do NOT create an A-record
- Do NOT enter full domain in Name if your provider only expects the subdomain
- Make sure no conflicting record already exists
- Wait for DNS propagation (5–60 minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours)
Official DNS Help (Optional References)
STEP 2 — Connect Domain in White Label Settings
After DNS is created:
- Go to White Label → General Settings
- In the Confirm Name field, enter the exact subdomain you used in DNS
Example: manager - In the Domain field, enter: manager.digital-signage-space.io
- Click Check Status
Scroll down to DNS Verification Data
Understanding Statuses
In DNS Verification Data you will see:
🟡 Pending
System does not detect your DNS yet.
Possible reasons:
- DNS not propagated
- Record created incorrectly
🔵 Initializing
System detected the record.
Verification is in progress.
This is a normal temporary state.
🟢 Active
✅ Domain is successfully connected.
Your custom domain is live.
🔴 Failed
DNS configuration is incorrect.
Most common reasons:
- Wrong Value
- A-record instead of CNAME
- Conflicting DNS record
When Is Setup Complete?
Only when Status = Active.
Until then, your custom domain will not work.
3.3 White Label Manager URL (Default Access)
Purpose:
This is the default system URL for your White Label Manager.
Example:
https://manager.digital-signage-space.io
Click Copy to use it.

- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- SMTP User:
your full email address - SMTP Password:

- Enable 2-Step Verification
- Go to App Passwords
- Create password for Mail
- Use that 16-character password in SMTP Password field
Testing SMTP
- Fill all fields

- Email delivered
9. Common Mistakes
DNS Errors
- A-record instead of CNAME
- Wrong Value
- Wrong Name
- Conflicting record
