Introduction
The AI Dashboard helps you understand how audiences interact with your screens and content. It answers key questions such as: How many people were reached by your screens? How many people actually looked at the screen? How long did they stay engaged? Which content performed best? What audience demographics were detected? What emotions were most commonly observed?
In simple terms: The AI Dashboard does not just count people: it measures the quality of audience engagement and content performance.
Dashboard Controls
At the top of the dashboard, you will find several filtering options that allow you to customize the analytics displayed on the page.
Date Range

Select the period for which you want to view analytics. Examples: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom Date Range. All metrics and charts on the dashboard will automatically update based on the selected timeframe.
Choose Content

Filter analytics by a specific content item or playlist. This helps answer questions such as: Which content performs best? Which playlist generates the most engagement? Which content attracts the most attention?
Choose Screens

Filter analytics by one or multiple screens. This allows you to analyze: A specific screen, A single location, A group of screens, Your entire screen network.
1. Audience Visibility
This section measures audience reach and screen exposure. It helps answer: How many people saw the screen?
Total People Reached

Shows the total number of unique people detected during the selected period. Simply put: How many people entered the camera’s detection area.
Total Screen Views

Shows the total number of times the screen was viewed. Important: One person may generate multiple views if they leave and return later.
View Rate

Shows the percentage of detected people who actually looked at the screen. Formula: View Rate = Screen Views ÷ People Reached × 100%. Example: People Reached: 10,000, Screen Views: 1,600 → View Rate = 16%. A higher View Rate usually indicates better screen placement and more attention-grabbing content.
Audience Visibility Chart

Displays audience reach and screen views over time. This chart helps identify: High-traffic periods, Changes in audience behavior, Trends in visibility, Performance differences between periods.
2. Audience Engagement
This section measures how long people stay near the screen and how engaged they are. It helps answer: Did people actually pay attention?
Average Presence Time

Shows the average amount of time people remained within the camera’s viewing area. Simply put: How long people stayed near the screen.
Average Engagement Time

Shows the average amount of time people actively engaged with the screen. This is typically shorter than Presence Time because not everyone nearby is paying attention. Simply put: How long people actually interacted with or watched the screen.
Engagement Rate

Shows the percentage of viewers who met the engagement criteria. For example: If the system considers someone engaged after watching for more than 10 seconds, this metric shows the percentage of viewers who reached that threshold. Formula: Engaged Viewers ÷ Total Viewers × 100%.
Audience Engagement Chart

Displays Presence Time and Engagement Time trends over time. This helps identify: Periods with stronger engagement, Content that holds attention longer, Changes in audience behavior, Differences between audience presence and actual engagement.
3. Content Performance

This section evaluates how individual content items or playlists perform. It helps answer: Which content is working best?
Name

The name of the content item or playlist.
Conversion

Shows the percentage of viewers who completed a desired action or met a defined engagement goal. Examples: Viewed content long enough, Triggered an event, Met audience criteria, Completed a campaign objective. Formula depends on the selected campaign logic but generally follows: Conversions ÷ Total Audience × 100%.
Engaged

The number of viewers who were considered engaged.
Views

The total number of content views.
Interactions

The number of AI events or interactions associated with that content.
Average Time

The average viewing or engagement time for the selected content.
Why Content Performance Matters: This section helps determine: Which content attracts the most attention, Which content generates the most engagement, Which content holds viewers longer, Which content should be optimized or replaced.
4. Engaged Views Rate

This section shows how long viewers remained engaged with the screen. View durations are grouped into categories such as: 0–5 seconds, 6–10 seconds, 11–15 seconds, 15+ seconds.
What It Means: Not all views have the same value. Examples: A 1-second glance provides limited value. A 15-second view indicates strong engagement.
Main Metric: The center value displays the percentage of viewers who remained engaged beyond the configured threshold. Example: 62% of viewers watched the screen for more than 10 seconds. This indicates a high level of audience attention.
Why This Metric Matters: It measures the quality of engagement, not just the quantity. If most viewers fall into the 0–5 second range: Content may not be engaging enough. Screen placement may need improvement. If many viewers remain for 15+ seconds: The content is likely performing well. The audience finds the screen relevant and engaging.
5. Gender Share
The dashboard includes two Gender Share sections. Together, they help you understand the gender composition of your audience.
Gender Share Summary

Displays: Total detected audience, Percentage of Male viewers, Percentage of Female viewers, Age breakdown within each gender. Why It Matters: This section helps identify: Which gender interacts with the screen most often, How gender distribution changes across age groups, Whether content is attracting the intended audience. Example: If most viewers are Female aged 20–29, content can be optimized for that demographic.
Gender Share Trend

Displays how male and female audience numbers change over time. This helps identify: Daily trends, Seasonal changes, Audience shifts, Gender-specific engagement patterns.
6. Age Share
This section analyzes audience age distribution. It helps answer: Which age groups interact with the screen most frequently?
Age Share Trend Chart

Displays audience trends for age groups such as: Under 20, 20–29, 30–45, 45+. The chart shows how each age group changes over time. Why It Matters: This chart helps determine: The dominant audience age group, Changes in audience composition, Which demographics respond best to content.
Age Share Distribution Chart

Provides a simplified visual breakdown of age groups. This chart makes it easy to quickly identify: Which age segment represents the largest portion of the audience.
7. Mood Trends

This section displays the emotional distribution detected by the AI system. Common categories include: Positive, Neutral, Negative.
What Mood Trends Show: Mood Trends provide a high-level overview of audience emotional responses. Example: Positive: 35%, Neutral: 16%, Negative: 9%.
Why It Matters: This helps evaluate how audiences emotionally respond to content. Examples: If Positive responses increase: Content is likely resonating well. If Negative responses increase: Content may need improvement. Messaging may not match audience expectations. Screen placement or environment may be affecting results.
8. Emotional Impact Index

This section tracks emotional trends over time. Unlike Mood Trends, which provide overall percentages, Emotional Impact Index shows how emotions change throughout the selected period.
What It Measures: The chart tracks: Positive sentiment trends, Neutral sentiment trends, Negative sentiment trends: over days, weeks, or months.
Why It Matters: This metric helps evaluate the emotional effectiveness of content. Examples: If Positive sentiment increases after launching new content: The campaign is likely successful. If Negative sentiment rises: The content may require revision. Audience expectations may not be aligned with the messaging. This allows organizations to make data-driven decisions about content strategy and audience communication.
